New subscriptions begin with a free trial (currently 14 days for the Reseller Support Portal). Your payment method is not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
After the free trial, subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments already made are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid month. We do not prorate or refund the current period.
If you are charged in error or charged twice, contact Support@De-Machina.com and we will correct it. Such corrections are made at our discretion, outside the standard no-refund policy.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all purchases and may resolve payment disputes and chargebacks under its own buyer terms. Any refund that is issued is processed through Paddle and typically appears within 5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
