Our subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period, and your subscription will not renew. After the initial 30-day window, monthly fees already charged are non-refundable.
We will issue a refund outside the 30-day window at our discretion in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges. Contact George@De-Machina.com.
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
